I had an appointment this morning and was welcomed right away by the super friendly reception staff. Olivia took care of me, and she was amazing, really professional. I have battled with acne rosacea for the last 8 years. I was forever conscious about my red and textured cheeks and chin. Even after avoiding the usual triggers such as alcohol, spicy food and hot showers, there were times I would just wake up with it. Being a busy mum, I needed a quick fix, so after spending hundreds on light therapy alone, medicated creams and even oral antibiotics I still ended up covering up what I could with make up.Dr Poonam Paryani educated me about what else I could do to manage my condition. For years I assumed I had very dry skin, but I was wrong. she thoroughly examined my skin and all its layers. she recommend an alternative tailor made skin care routine. Just after three months of using these products I could see and feel a difference.However, it was the lasergensis which was the icing on the cake. Olivia (skin therapist) is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure the end goal is achieved. I am now six sessions in and it has made a world of difference. Seeing my before and after photos is so satisfying. I feel confident and I am quite literally glowing!
