A great experience all round, the team here are very knowledgeable and professional. I made an appointment to discuss my bruxism, which was solved with Botox and to say it’s worked well is an understatement. Dr Poonam quickly put me at ease and explained possible root causes and I am now on track with a plan forward for long term solutions.
I’ve been having Olivia look after me for around 10 years now and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face! She is super professional, knowledge of everything she does and truly cares to get you the best results possible.Oatlands is a lovely environment to have any aesthetic treatment done.
For some reason this review is posting under my husbands name but it is me who had the facial.I feel very lucky to have found Oatlands Aesthetics and even more so to have found Olivia. The clinic is beautiful and everyone is really helpful and accommodating. It’s always very reassuring when all the online reviews are great too.I had a Zo facial with Olivia and she was excellent. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and offered me some really good advice.I would highly recommend Oatlands Aesthetics and Olivia for anyone who is looking for an excellent skin care clinic and I can’t wait to go back.
I had a wonderful experience with Olivia for both Hydrafacial and Microneedling treatments. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Olivia explained everything clearly, tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs, and the results have been fantastic — my skin feels refreshed, smoother, and more radiant. The whole experience was positive from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for great skincare treatments.

Olivia has been extremely helpful throughout the process and has guided me step by step. The treatment plan has provided excellent results in a short space of time, ahead of my wedding. I would highly recommend Oatlands Aesthetics to anyone who is considering any skin care treatments.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Oatlands Aesthetics for my laser treatment with Olivia. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Olivia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was the level of care and attention given to my skin tone, something that’s often hard to find in laser treatment services. It’s not easy finding places that truly understand and cater to clients with skin of colour, but Olivia’s expertise and confidence reassured me right away. The results have been fantastic so far, and I genuinely felt seen and valued as a client.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for safe, effective laser treatments with outstanding service!
Hydra facial with Olivia. This is an amazing treatment, it was so relaxing I’m very impressed with the results and will definitely book another one. I would highly recommend. Olivia is fantastic.

My puffy eyes, under-eye pigmentation, crepe skin have always been a source of insecurity for me .I've tried countless creams and treatments, but nothing seemed to work. That's why I'm so grateful to have found Dr.Poonam Paryani. For the moment meet dr Paryani, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the polynucleotide treatment process. I appreciated her honesty when she advised me against certain treatments that wouldn't be effective. The results from the treatments have been remarkable. Day by day ,I see positive changes in the appearance of my under eye area .My eyes look less puffy, the pigmentation has faded, and the skin feels firmer and smother. I trust Dr.Poonam Paryani completely and will definitely be returning for future treatments. If you are struggling with under eye concerns I highly recommend booking a consultation with her.
I had a venous lake on my lower lip for years and I finally managed to have it looked at. Olivia at Oatlands Aesthetics has been brilliant! From explanations of what to expect before, during and after the laser treatment, along with Olivia's kind and professional manner, I am more than happy. I have had the venous lake lasered 3 times and with every passing day it looks smaller and smaller to the point that it is barely noticable now! I would highly recommend Oatlands Aesthetics and Olivia!!
Since finding Oatlands Aesthetics and meeting Olivia my skin has improved dramatically.Olivia initially recommended a course of Laser hair removal to help with ingrown hairs around my beard and has since put me on a simple skincare routine that has really helped my overall skin health.I cannot recommend the clinic enough, it is warm, welcoming and the team really know their stuff!I look forward to my next visit.
I have battled with acne rosacea for the last 8 years. I was forever conscious about my red and textured cheeks and chin. Even after avoiding the usual triggers such as alcohol, spicy food and hot showers, there were times I would just wake up with it. Being a busy mum, I needed a quick fix, so after spending hundreds on light therapy alone, medicated creams and even oral antibiotics I still ended up covering up what I could with make up.Dr Poonam Paryani educated me about what else I could do to manage my condition. For years I assumed I had very dry skin, but I was wrong. she thoroughly examined my skin and all its layers. she recommend an alternative tailor made skin care routine. Just after three months of using these products I could see and feel a difference. However, it was the lasergensis which was the icing on the cake. Olivia (skin therapist) is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure the end goal is achieved. I am now six sessions in and it has made a world of difference. Seeing my before and after photos is so satisfying. I feel confident and I am quite literally glowing!
I have been a patient at Oatlands Dental Lounge for over 10 years. The team have always been professional, caring and knowledgeable. Oatlands Aesthetics is a fantastic part of the Dental Lounge. Poonam carried out my initial consultation a few months ago and very quickly understood my skin concerns and my goals. She created a tailored plan for me. Poonam booked me in with Olivia and I have not looked back! I started my SkinPen (micro needling) sessions a few months ago and I have been thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Olivia is very professional, attentive and really knows her stuff! She understands what my skin's needs are and has tailored her advice precisely. My skin looks so much better and that is down to Poonam and Olivia at Oatlands Aesthetics.I would highly recommend Oatlands Aethetics and Dental Lounge to anyone seeking exceptional skin and dental care. Thanks Poonam and Olivia!
Olivia is fab! I’ve been seeing her for a while now and cannot thank her enough for all her help and advice. She’s a highly skilled aesthetic therapist who has a deep passion for what she does and this certainly shows in her treatments. I’ve recently had microneedling done here with her and as usual loved how my skin felt and looked after visiting clinic. All staff here are lovely and I look forward to my next treatment :)
