From explanations of what to expect before, during and after the laser treatment, along with Olivia's kind and professional manner, I am more than happy. I have had the venous lake lasered 3 times and with every passing day it looks smaller and smaller to the point that it is barely noticable now! I have battled with acne rosacea for the last 8 years. I was forever conscious about my red and textured cheeks and chin. Even after avoiding the usual triggers such as alcohol, spicy food and hot showers, there were times I would just wake up with it. Olivia (skin therapist) is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure the end goal is achieved. I am now six sessions in and it has made a world of difference. Seeing my before and after photos is so satisfying. I feel confident and I am quite literally glowing!

Olivia is fab! I’ve been seeing her for a while now and cannot thank her enough for all her help and advice. She’s a highly skilled aesthetic therapist who has a deep passion for what she does and this certainly shows in her treatments. I’ve recently had microneedling done here with her and as usual loved how my skin felt and looked after visiting clinic. All staff here are lovely and I look forward to my next treatment :)
