Bespoke Medi-Facials FAQs

1. What medi-facials do you offer?

After carefully assessing your skin concerns, we will recommend the most appropriate type of facial and can tailor each to suit your needs.

Our most popular facials are:

  • ZO Brightening (pigmentation control)
  • ZO Clarifying (acne-prone skin)
  • ZO Enzymatic Refresh (sensitive and weak skin)
  • ZO Gentle & Calming (rosacea and redness control)
  • ZO Hydrating (dry skin)
  • ZO Radiance (dull skin)
  • ZO Rejuvenating (aged skin)
  • DermaQuest Retinol Infusion (aged skin)

2. Is this treatment suitable for me?

All of our medi-facials can be tailored to your individual concerns, using specific ingredients to suit your requirements.

During a consultation, we’ll assess your skin and suggest the most suitable medi-facial or other treatments that could be beneficial.

Some ingredients used within our facials may not be recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have certain medical conditions. We can provide further advice during your consultation.

3. What happens during treatment?

Before beginning your facial, we will gently cleanse your skin.

We will then perform a multi-step facial, including a light skin resurfacing peel to reveal radiant, softer skin.

Finally, we’ll recommend how to further enhance your skin health by discussing your at-home skincare regime and how this can be tweaked to optimise results of your medi-facial, and advising you on any aftercare procedures you should be aware of.

4. What results can I expect?

After a bespoke medi-facial, you can expect your skin to look radiant and refreshed.

With repeated treatments, skin concerns will start to reduce as the skin displays a more even tone and texture.

For optimal results, repeated facials every four to six weeks are recommended.

5. Are there any side effects?

Your skin may appear slightly flushed after treatment with very mild dryness 2-3 days following, but this will calm down quickly so you can get back to your normal routine.

6. Can I have other treatment alongside a medi-facial?

Yes.

we will often recommend a combination treatment approach to address all your skin and ageing concerns. At your consultation we’ll discuss options such as wrinkle relaxation, dermal fillers, skinboosters and Profhilo treatment.
