From explanations of what to expect before, during and after the laser treatment, along with Olivia's kind and professional manner, I am more than happy. I have battled with acne rosacea for the last 8 years. I was forever conscious about my red and textured cheeks and chin. Even after avoiding the usual triggers such as alcohol, spicy food and hot showers, there were times I would just wake up with it. Being a busy mum, I needed a quick fix, so after spending hundreds on light therapy alone, medicated creams and even oral antibiotics I still ended up covering up what I could with make up.Dr Poonam Paryani educated me about what else I could do to manage my condition. Just after three months of using these products I could see and feel a difference.However, it was the lasergensis which was the icing on the cake. Olivia (skin therapist) is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure the end goal is achieved. I am now six sessions in and it has made a world of difference. Olivia is fab! I’ve been seeing her for a while now and cannot thank her enough for all her help and advice. She’s a highly skilled aesthetic therapist who has a deep passion for what she does and this certainly shows in her treatments.
